Built for grease & oil

The ad system built for grease & oil collectors.

Not a generic template pointed at your market. Ads, tracking and follow-up built around routes, restaurant accounts and the way owners actually pick a collector.

Sound familiar?

Word-of-mouth built your routes. It won't scale them.

You have built a real business one account at a time. But growth stalls the moment you stop knocking on doors, and you can't control when the next referral lands.

Referrals and door-knocking you can't scale

Great when an account comes in. But there is no lever to pull when the phone goes quiet, and growth caps out once your area is tapped.

You tried ads, got junk

Motor-oil time-wasters, calls from outside your area, money gone with nothing to show. The problem was not paid ads. It was that nobody built the ads specifically for grease and oil collection.

Word-of-mouth and door-knocking built your routes, but they won't scale them, and you have no lever to pull when the phone goes quiet.

The shift

From the door-knocking treadmill to a pipeline you can plan around.

Right now

The door-knocking treadmill

  • Great when a referral lands, quiet the rest of the time
  • You or a rep walk restaurants to grow, one door at a time
  • Growth stalls around 200 accounts once your area is tapped
  • Ads you tried burned money on the wrong clicks
  • No idea what next month's new accounts look like
  • Churn quietly eats accounts you fought to win
Working with us

A pipeline of accounts you can plan around

  • Restaurant calls and quote requests every week, year-round
  • Reach owners and managers past your warm network and immediate area
  • New accounts replace churn and stack on top, so you grow net
  • Every dollar tracked to a call and a cost per lead
  • Ads shown only to restaurants in the areas you actually serve
  • Word-of-mouth stays; paid fills the gaps and compounds
What you actually get

Calls from restaurant owners, not clicks on a dashboard.

Everything set to your service area, your routes and your truck capacity, not volume for its own sake.

01

Calls from restaurant owners, not clicks

In-market owners and kitchen managers reach out ready to talk, already checked that they're in your area and need what you offer. No chasing.

02

A year-round flow, not door-knocking sprints

Ads that bring in enquiries steadily, so route growth doesn't depend on how many doors you knocked this week.

03

Real numbers you can plan around

You see your cost per call, and every call is traced back to the ad that produced it. No guesswork, no vanity metrics.

04

Ads built around your routes and margins

We set spend and targeting to your service area and truck capacity, not to generate volume for its own sake.

Real results · JR Grease Services

One LA grease & oil business. From word-of-mouth to 229 restaurant enquiries in 6 months.

A 50-year family reputation and strong service, but no paid ads, no tracking, and one of the most expensive ad markets in the country, at $47 to $70 per click on relevant searches at the start.

JR Grease ad creative
1

Set up call tracking first, so every lead traced back to the ad that produced it, before a dollar was spent.

2

Google search ads that catch restaurants looking for oil pickup right now, with the wrong searches like motor oil filtered out.

3

Facebook and Instagram video of real night operations, shown only to restaurant owners in the LA area.

229restaurant enquiries in 6 months
$72per lead, vs $100 to 125 typical
55%lower cost per lead from the start
$70→$15cost per click, brought down
$16.5Ktotal ad spend over the campaign

And those enquiries became real accounts, including PS LAX (an LAX airport kitchen) and the Segerstrom Center, a 5,000-gallon interceptor.

How you reach restaurants

Search and social. One system.

The two ways restaurant owners find and remember a collector, working together.

Google search ads

Catch restaurants the moment they look for "cooking oil pickup" or "grease trap cleaning near me" and send that call straight to you.

  • Reach owners searching for pickup right now, ready to switch
  • We block the wrong searches, like motor oil, so you don't pay for junk
  • Anything outside your service area is filtered out

Facebook and Instagram ads

Video of your trucks, bins and night crews so restaurant owners recognize your name, plus follow-up ads that keep you in front of them.

  • Real night-operations video shown only to owners in your area
  • Follow-up ads keep you first in line for when a contract runs out
  • Builds recognition so you're the name they already know
Why us

Every way you win new accounts, side by side.

There are four ways a collector puts new restaurant accounts on the books. Here is how they actually compare.

You know what each call costs

Word-of-mouth wins on trust. Nothing else comes close on predictability, exclusivity, and knowing exactly what each account costs you.

How it works

From strategy to booked calls in under 4 weeks.

01 — Strategy

Map your area

We map your service area, work out the searches restaurants use, and build around your routes.

02 — Build

Set up tracking

Landing page, call tracking and qualifying questions, before a dollar is spent. The form asks which areas you serve.

03 — Launch

Go live

First calls typically within 10 to 14 days of going live.

04 — Optimize

Cut the waste

Every week we test the ads, cut what wastes money, and only spend more once the cost per call holds steady.

05 — Scale

Grow on your terms

Once the cost per call is steady, grow into new zips and service areas on your terms.

Common questions

Questions we get from every operator before they book

I've built this on word-of-mouth for years. Why pay for ads?
Word-of-mouth is the best account you'll ever get, but it's not predictable and it doesn't scale. Ads add a lever you control for the months and areas word-of-mouth doesn't reach. They stack on top, they don't replace it.
I tried Facebook ads and got junk.
Almost every operator has. The fix is filtering out the wrong clicks and asking the right questions up front, not the platform. JR Grease had the same problem; cutting the motor-oil searches and tightening the area took their cost per lead to $72.
Most restaurants already have a collector.
True, which is why search ads matter. We put you in front of the ones actively looking to switch, and follow-up ads keep you first in line for when a contract lapses.
How do you keep leads in my service area?
We only show your ads to people in the areas you serve, and the form asks which areas those are. JR Grease was leaking calls to Florida, Texas and New York until we locked the area down.
What's the minimum ad spend?
We typically start at $3,000 per month in ad spend. Below that there isn't enough to test and improve properly.
How long until I see calls?
First calls typically inside 10 to 14 days. Full optimization in 4 to 6 weeks.
Do I need a big team to handle the leads?
No. One person who can answer the phone and book the pickup is enough to start. Calls and quote requests come straight to you.
How is this different from buying leads from a list?
Bought leads are cold, generic, and sold to several collectors at once. We run ads that put you in front of in-market restaurants and send the call to you alone.
Am I locked in?
No long contract. A 30-day initial term to prove the work, then month to month. You always know your cost per call.
