These terms apply to your use of fluid-dm.com and to text messages you receive from us. Our website and SMS program are run by Fluid DM Limited ("Fluid DM", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales, company number 13321615, registered office 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF, United Kingdom. By using our website or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these terms.
1. SMS terms
Program name. Fluid DM SMS.
What you'll receive. When you opt in, Fluid DM Limited will send you text messages about your enquiry or application, confirmations, reminders and updates for calls you book with us, and replies to messages you send us. If you separately agree to marketing texts, we will also send messages about our advertising services, offers, events and webinars.
How you opt in. You opt in by ticking the text message consent box on a form on our website or booking pages and submitting your mobile number. The box is never pre-ticked, and agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your enquiry and any calls you book.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
How to opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any text message from us. We will send you one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and after that you will not receive any more text messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again the same way you did originally and we will start sending you messages again.
Help. Reply HELP to any message for help, or email us at lewis@fluid-dm.com.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your plan. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Your number. You confirm that you are 18 or over and that you are the account holder for the mobile number you give us, or have the account holder's permission. If you change or give up your number, please reply STOP first so we don't text the new owner.
Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. For privacy-related questions, and for how we collect and use your information, please see our Privacy Policy.
2. Using our website
You may use our website to learn about our services and get in touch with us. Please don't misuse it, for example by trying to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code or copying content in bulk. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time.
3. Information on this site
Content on our website is general information, not professional advice for your business. Results and figures in our case studies describe what we achieved for specific clients in their circumstances. They are not a promise or guarantee of results for you.
4. Intellectual property
The content, design and branding on this website belong to Fluid DM Limited or our licensors. You may view and share our pages for your own reference, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
5. Other websites and tools
Our website links to, and embeds content from, other websites and services such as Trustpilot and online form tools. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
6. Working with us
If you become a client, our services are provided under a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.
7. Liability
We provide our website "as is" and don't guarantee it will always be available or error free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
